Bronco Ticket Giveaway

So, we just ran this deal—if you grabbed pizzas on Wednesday between 4:00 and 7:00 PM, you got a shot at winning Bronco playoff tickets. The big guys did some simple advertising, but we went all out locally and pushed the promo hard. That night, we smashed our record for pizzas per hour, but honestly, the service was a mess. The lesson? Don’t try to cram a huge deal into just three hours. The staff was totally overwhelmed by the rush. Sure, we made a bunch of money, but we probably lost a few customers, too. We posted about it on Facebook, and to our surprise, lots of folks commented, showing appreciation for the staff and totally understanding how things went down. When you’re in a neighborhood with working-class folks, I feel like they’re way more chill and get what restaurants and their crews deal with.
