I don’t know how many times I saw ownership in various times and jobs in my life seem to not care about what was going on and I didn’t fully understand why. Now I can see why… It may appear like they didn’t care, but in reality, they were trying to balance their life and work balance!.

Business Lesson Learned: So what I’m learning is you need to set work hours. Even on the days where you work from home, you need to seta cutoff time. There has to be a defined cutoff time from work that you can switch to family or personal time to ensure you have a proper balance.
