The people who did the hard, unpopular, disciplined things during the good times are the ones set up to thrive during the bad times. Anthony Pompliano
Open or closed, mask or no mask, essential or non-essential—these are questions we face daily regarding our status. As a business classified as essential due to our food and delivery services, we adapt to frequently changing regulations that can be challenging to navigate. Reactions from customers vary: some express dissatisfaction with staff wearing masks, while others are unhappy with the one-customer-at-a-time policy. Similarly, there are differing opinions among staff about mask-wearing requirements. Managing both internal and community responses in this evolving situation presents ongoing challenges, and we continue to adapt as circumstances change.

Business Lesson Learned: Attempting to satisfy all employees and customers can be difficult and may not be feasible without compromising personal well-being. It is necessary to find a balance between different concerns and recognize that complete agreement from everyone is unlikely.
