The One of the hardest things as a restaurant owner is deciding on raising your prices or introducing new products. To introduce a new product requires a lot of research. You have to research your area, demographics, median income, and social class. When we owned the Aurora store, we introduced cream cheese artichokes.
You gotta check out your neighborhood, see who lives there, what people make, and what kind of vibe the area has. Back when we had the Aurora store, we brought in cream cheese artichokes and gave it a shot.
And other items that were very successful in that area because the area was more progressive. We tried to introduce the same items in Pueblo and they were not successful at all.. Missus, because we didn’t understand our demographic base and they were not interested in those kind of items. Whereas when we introduce Pueblo green chilies. And Habanero Wings, we had a much more welcoming to those products and still offering those today. Today we plan to introduce a new pizza called the Porky Pig. Keep an eye out on our blog as we monitor this product and its success or failure..
